When returning the vehicle we were turned away because.... their parking lot was full and they had no place for it. This was also after calling the day before to confirm the return.
Called to confirm they had our rental ready the day before, but then when we arrived they had no vehicle for us so we had to wait 2.5hr for them to bring over a car.
Matt, Brianna, and John are the best! They take care of me from start to finish EVERY time and are consistent!
I had a good experience with them. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car was clean and in good shape. I didn't have to wait long for a ride home; 5 - 10 minutes. They did a good job and didn't try to scam me in any way.

Tried to return car but was told no because he didn't have room for any insurance returns but yet he had room for regular returns. Doesn't make sense to me.
