Amaizing service... the best and most honest shop in the woodlands
This is my local Goodyear repair shop. First-rate service, efficient, and friendly. I can nearly always get car issues taken care of quickly. Staff is always helpful.
The staff, particularly Danny, go above and beyond with their customer service. They have gone out of their way to help expedite service when I needed my car earlier than agreed, fixed a puncture for no charge, go the extra mile when explaining the issues to someone with minimal mechanical knowledge, and are very fair. I will be coming here first for any future needs.
I take all my routine maintenance, tire, brake, strut, shock and battery work here. High quality, reasonable prices, and they stand behind their work. Owner Dave and Manager Danny both have a great deal of mechanical knowledge and are 100% honest.
We have had service done here for nearly 20 years mainly out of convenience. We don't buy tires here very often but we do have them do most of the work on our cars. They are not the least expensive, but over the years I've found the management to be very fair and honest. Several times they have fixed problems for free when other people wanted to replace expensive parts.
