Love the staff! Always so helpful. I would give 5 stars except for a certain cashier I always seem to have issues with. She is at the register but ignores the line of people waiting to check out and go on our way. And when she does interact with customers, it seems fake and forced. I can't remember her name, but she is older and has short brunette hair, like above the shoulders. The other cashiers have always been so nice and helpful. It just annoys me that the person we are supposed to interact with last, seems to not care about the customers. Other than that, I always have a great experience. Keep up the good work!
I had an amazing experience - had some plumbing to do. Two employees helped me get out of the store happy with everything I needed within 15 minutes. Wonderful service, everything works the way we planned it in-store, employees were attentive and efficient. Definitely coming back here if I need more hardware. 10/10
The first shining point of the store is their knowledgable and friendly Staff! I was looking for a clamp and hose, and their staff came offered help. He patiently walked with me to the section and explained pros/cons for each product. I still remember that I had to walk down several aisles in Lowe’s or Home Depot to find a rep for help. No such problems here at Ace. Knowledge reps are around you any time.
Best Ace hardware store I've ever found. Prices aren't always the best, but they've got a wide and varied selection of nearly anything you'll need. Best and most helpful staff of any Ace hardware I've ever been to by far!
Make sure to verify your receipt at check-out. I went there last week-end and almost paid $80 more than I should have. While paying for my merchandises I thought that the amount was higher than expected and double-checked the receipt. A small flower pot of $17 dollars was charged $89. They fixed the problem. I went then to my car and loaded my merchandises in the trunk when I realized that a bag of apple wood was missing. I went back to the store and told the clerk that I was missing a bag. She swore that no bag was at her station until she suddenly found it after my conversation with a manager. Two problems in one check-out and she didn't apologize at all. So make sure to double-check your receipt when shopping there.
