What the heck are these guys doing. Assigned seating, recliners wide enough for very plus people, adjustable tables, it is all too odd. The theatre earns more income from concessions but has done everything to prevent customers from taking in a "double feature". Those are the customers who get hungry more than once, it makes little sense.
DOUBLE BOOKED SEATS
Even if you purchase your tickets in advance, make sure you get there with PLENTY of time because they double book seats... Yes, that's right, you pay for a booking fee (and in my case D-BOX price), and then end up having to separate your entire group, and sit in regular price seats!

Glad to see this theater has finally upped their game and renovated! It's great to have reserved seating, so there are no worries about having to get there early to find a good seat. You can just buy your tickets online and pick the exact seat that you want. Also, the reclining seats with trays for your concessions are a great addition.
This theater must've been redone since the last time I've been here. They have comfy seats with recliners and trays that swivel or to hold your food and drinks. You can pick your seats online when you but your tickets. Arcade looked like it kept up fairly well with newer games.
Some of the theaters were recently updated. Watched Thor:Ragnarok and Justice League from the recliners. Seats are nice, but I don't like making special reservations or paying premium for location. I would rather watch in 2D sometimes than to pay extra. Otherwise, theater was very clean and neighborhood is extremely safe.
Theater managers were very nice, directing me to speak with corporate to get a refund.
Cinemark costumer service was a complete different ball game... Waited 25 minutes on the line, had to call again, then spoke to Sandra, she can care less, no customer service skills whatsoever (that woman is dryer than the Sahara Desert!), now to wait 5 to 7 days before I get to see my refund.
