Tracy likes to crank the lasers up way to high which causes a lot of bleeding and scarring. She has no clue at what she's doing. I will not give this business another penny.

After looking at it, she told me that it needed immediate attention. I scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist in Houston and was told that it was pre-cancerous. It was removed right away. I am so thankful to Tracie for her knowledge and genuine care and compassion for her clients. I just love her and her clinic. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!
I have used a dermatologist in my area for years. I had gone in to inquire about a spot of concern on my face and was told that it was nothing to worry about. I scheduled an appointment with Tracie to remove some dark spots on my face, with the one in question being one of them.
I went a couple months ago and the customer service was FANTASTIC! definitely returning to get the rest of my tattoo removed! ☺️❤️
Terrible experience. I'm a very experienced client with the Angel of Water system, going every week at my favorite NYC place for over a year. I came here for the same open system and the privacy during my session. But, the technician named Julia, insisted on remaining in the room during my session causing me embarrassment, invasion of privacy, and anxiety. They never told me about this invasion of privacy when I booked the session and forced me to pay the $85 fee when I couldn't even begin my session. Completely unethical. I cannot even believe it.

I was doing laser sessions with Tracy until she turned the lasers up and started scaring me. I'm doing PicoSure treatments at Avante in The Woodlands. I'm doing 3 tattoos along with photo facials and I'm completely satisfied.
