I didn't arrive until after 5:30 (they close at 6). Emily could have turned me away, because the wash I wanted took more time, and they closed soon.
Emily completely went above and beyond for me this evening. I am driving across the country for my vacation in a few days; and I love the 39.99 -exterior and complete interior (thorough with the shine on the inside.)
I LOVE Aqua Auto Wash! Staff & service are excellent. Waiting area is always clean. Prices are reasonable. I just wish it were closer to my house but it's well worth the 10 minute drive.

This place is a joke. They say “best in the woodlands” but everyone here has bad attitudes, especially the teen girl at the cashier and the main sales man who greets you. On top of that the sales man tried to up charge me when knew it was only $29 for a hand car wash for my CAR on the website and he told me quote “our prices are raising” well then update your website and signs to your expensive raised prices. They didn’t even do a good job, my package included tire shine and fragrance and they forgot that plus bugs were still all over the front of the car. NEVER coming here again my family used to come all the time but now switching over to another car wash.
Let them take care of you, cause they will!
This is my second time here, and I am more than satisfied. I came here because I wasn't happy with the quality I was receiving from another local car wash.
Great service. Can take a while if they are busy. Subscription program for unlimited washes is awesome.
She had multiple people work on my car and had me done by 6:15. She didn't turn me away-if she did I believe I would have been driving with a messy car, which we all know stinks.
Just needed a basic wash, vacuum and interior wiped down. Carwas not really dirty. This is the worst interior cleaning I have ever seen. First and last visit. Do not recommend. Total waste of money
