I am meticulous about my cars, but have a 2 and 5 year old who can make it quite a mess. I went when they weren't busy and was pretty impressed with how clean they got the inside. I think it is unrealistic for the people to expect perfection and then leave 1 star. If you expect perfection do it yourself and don't leave it up to people making minimum wage. Also, a $5 tip when the guy starts drying your car will go a long way. This place is a good option when you don't have the time.
Clean every time, kids love riding thru while I drive. Better than any gas station car wash because after the wash they hand dry it so there are no white spots.
Car wash is decent, but I have run into bad service here the last two times I’ve gone. The manager is a really nice guy and listened to my complaints about rude service. One trip involved really bad attitude from the cashier. The other was my trip today where the greeting sales guy was so disengaged that I finally had to say to him, “Sell me something!” He said, “Oh, I’m only half awake this morning.” His social ineptness was not from sleepiness. I keep shaking my head these days about a large amount of grudging attitudes from millenials in any of the service businesses.
Really friendly staff and fast service. I would choose this place over Rainbow car wash any day of the week!
Horrible job!!!! I will not be back! My enterior wasn't clean and I had no fragrance and paid for all of it! They can't even understand you and expect a tip. I don't want to be rude but don't spend your money there! I gave them another chance and this is it!!
