Not only is it a hassle, but also it is disappointing to pay a premium price for (what I thought was) a quality product. I'm not sure I will ever do business with La-Z-Boy again.
Good service and quality. It is a little expensive but is American made.
Not the same quality as it used to be but the price is out of line...they need to reevaluate their pricing structure for the quality.
We call to tell them that it was delivered and we are not happy, we get told they can have someone come out in 2 weeks on a Tuesday sometime between 11am and 3pm.
WORST Customer Service... Custom ordered 2 sofas and a chair. Furniture is delivered 9 weeks later, 1st sofa - the two legs on the front at each end do not even reach the floor, only the one in the middle so it rocks back and forth. 2nd sofa - Did not clean/cut thread endings, looks like loose threads all over back and sides. Chair- the fabric is pulled loose in the middle of the wing back section. I guess no quality control before shipping.

I am so disappointed. I custom ordered a couch. First off, upon delivery they banged up my walls. Then I noticed that one of the arms was not fully padded. Now I see that one of the seams is not fully sown and it is pulling apart. They have made repairs to my walls and the arm. I am awaiting a call from Customer Service regarding repairing the unsown fabric.
You pay their prices for custom furniture you should get at least fair customer service... Trying to get store to just return furniture and I'll take my business and money elsewhere
