Had a fairly new queen mattress and box spring and we got flooded. Asked if there was any way they could help by possibly lowering the cost since we were still making payments totaling $900+. Since they are advertising that they are helping with Harvey victims we figured they would at least reduce the cost. Called several different times and even went back in to the store hoping that all the people on the phone were wrong. Nope they are advertising that they are helping and donating to Harvey victims but are not helping their previous customers that are Harvey victims. Now we are stuck paying on a bed we don't have while having to replace an entire house full of belongings.

We bought sofa, love seat, & recliner 2 1/2 years ago. Had to have the chair & couch replaced within a week. The chair has fallen apart already & the sofa & love seat cushions are so soft we are using the pillows so we don't sink into the furniture.

My name is Mia Foster and I recently purchased furniture from Rooms To Go. My salesman's name was Andrew. Andrew was very helpful & patient with me. I felt that I received the best customer service possible. When my furniture was delivered, I was very unhappy because several pieces were damaged. I signed off on it though. After reading previous negative reviews, I was worried that they would not replace the furniture. This was not the case, Rooms To Go was more than willing to replace the furniture and did not give me a hard time at all during the process. Norma w/customer care was amazing. I just wanted to give a positive review because all I hear is the negative.

2nd and last time I will buy my furniture at Rooms to Go! Purchased furniture July 2017 and was given a delivery date at the end of August, days after Hurricane Harvey. I had to call and find out they would not be delivering. Then waited until mid September with it being delivered around 7 pm with 2 pieces majorly damaged. Was given a redeliver date of Oct 3 and just found out it is again going to be delivered between 4pm and 8 pm. Called and asked if they could please deliver earlier because already been inconvenience a few times and hubby gets up at 2 am for work. Lady said no I would have to reschedule with no guarantee of time. I told lady of how I had been inconvenience many times. She informed me that ROOMS TO GO POLICY was nonnegotiable AND THERE DRIVERS WORK FROM 7AM TO 10PM like that is my problem they work there employees 15 hours a day. No apology no nothing. My problem not hers.......... I spent over 3000 dollars and paid 139 for delivery so shouldn't I get to pick a time that is good for me? I guess not. I regret buying from them my Sales Lady had a stinky attitude when I question her about my delivery as well. The bedroom set I bought drawers are cheap and don't roll properly, as well. j

They delivered a sofa that was missing an arm! We ordered the sectional sofa, waited two weeks, it delivered on time, but when they got it unwrapped in our living room we noticed it was missing an arm. Like the factory forgot a part of the sofa or something. The delivery guy was nice, but acted like this type of thing happens not infrequently. Otherwise the item was in good shape. He recommended that we keep it until they can deliver a new one, whenever that will be. I'll update my review when we see what they come up with. Right now, I suppose it's two stars. It sure is hard to get good service these days.

FYI the first time I ordered in 2012 with Rooms to go they delivered a love sit and couch and the back was jacked up and I had to send it back. Second couch had scratches and they sent a guy out to repair it which he did.

Next time I buy furniture I am going to GALLERY FURNITURE!
