Walked into this store today and met Tom Markle... WOW! What an incredible, passionate person he is and such a great owner. During my brief visit, he was able to create a positive and lasting impression and you can clearly see why this business does so well. Will definitely be back and would recommend this store to anyone wanting a true 5-star experience!
Best place to change your watch battery. I use to change mine at the Woodlands mall (watch repair booths). They charged me twice as much as Thomas Markle (!) and the battery lasted less then 5 months! It happened twice! Was very disappointed and went to TM. Paid $15 for changing battery in my Certina watch (not expensive watch and was NOT bought at TM). It took them 15 min to do the job. Great customer service. Friendly well-trained stuff. I also brought them my ring to change the size. Excellent service each time. I highly recomend this store (I go to the store in The Woodlands on Market Street).

The staff at The Woodlands location is amazing. I took several rings in for sizing and repair. Catherine and Elaine were very welcoming and extremely helpful. I will use this location for all my jewelry purchases.
