Comfortable rooms. Beds firm but not hard. Scenic location close to shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. Resturant and buffet offered at meal times with very good food. Friendly staff. Very pleasant stay.
Why two stars? The room was fine, the breakfast was grand and the dining staff were fantastic, why two stars? We chose this hotel on the claim that a shuttle would be available for the trip to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion for a concert. When we checked in we were informed that the shuttle was in fact available but it was a $10 trip. Not a deal killer for me, it was convenient. The reason for my angst is that 10 minutes prior to the arrival of the shuttle, we were told there would be none. To get this news we had to ask, there was no sign placed out, no standard announcement that all concert goers would have to find alternative transit, no, we had to wait till the last minute to learn this and compete with 30,000 other people for a ride. We just walked back from the venue. So, in conclusion, the staff in the dining area, the breakfast and the decent room saved this hotel from a no stars rating. For nearly $200usd/night I expected more and they should not expect me to return.

Very nice, good value for money. Convenient location. Clean, modern rooms. Staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast buffet was excellent and servers are wonderful. Wife left phone charger- it was mailed to her. I left 6 t-shirts 3 swim trunks in the nightstand- they were never found.
