My father was displaced due to Hurricane Harvey last week and went to stay at the Hyatt Centric. He is elderly and disabled and was pretty scared due to all he had been through without us being able to get to him. Sebastian & Sarah at the front desk promptly took care of booking our room and welcoming my father upon his arrival. We feel they went above & beyond in the compassion they showed in assisting our father until we arrived for him. Cannot thank them and Hyatt enough for the empathy they showed our father during such a delicate time. Will definitely be using this hotel again in the future and would certainly recommend to family and friends.
Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also, make sure to check out the jogging trail along the waterfront. Simply beautiful and relaxing.
This area is absolutely gorgeous. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was very comfortable and newly renovated. There is a very nice pool and bar area and there is a ton of shopping and restaurant options all within walking distance. Great place to stay!
The front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. They greeted me each time I came and went as if we were really friends.

Great location, very kind and helpful staff, very pretty facilities. A bit overpriced however, and our room on the 5th floor was just done with some recent renovations. Adjacent rooms were under renovation, so the smell of chemicals, paint, drywall was all in the air.
