We love visiting Dr. Kim and all of her staff. Our kids look forward to their visits every 6 month! When our youngest was born with two teeth Dr. Kim took the best care of her and educated us on how to take care of her teeth.
Love them! They are wonderful with kids and the front desk is great with the adults! My granddaughter has had lots of dental needs and goes without any fuss since we started going to see Dr. Kim!
Two stars instead of one because the staff are wonderful and great with kids. My issue is they take insurance but charge outrageous amounts. When you pay upfront for a cavity to be fixed, you expect that is all you will pay, especially when they are billing your insurance. You don't expect $600 bills in the mail months later. Also, we found a wonderful new dentist, MUCH more reasonable in price, who is now having to fix cavities which were supposedly fixed at this office. I rarely write negative reviews but when someone has made about 1k off of a cavity you expect it to actually still be fixed months later.
My 5 year old daughter is very shy and was extremely nervous for her first appointment at this office. When we left she asked when she could go back! From the moment we walked in the door until the time we left all the staff was so nice, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. They thought of everything to make a kid feel comfortable, from getting to pick out sunglasses to wear during the exam to letting kids make their own toothpaste for their take home goody bag! So very happy we found this office!!
3 yo first visit and he did amazing! Jennifer & Dr. Kim were so great with my little one - no tears at all. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun environment with a staff that is happy to see you! Also, the office has a really cool, newly remodeled area for teenagers - I wish I could get my teeth cleaned there. Check it out!
