I walked in at exactly 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and they refused to see me.
My permanent retainer came off completely and I didn't want it re glued because it gets in the way of flossing and keeping my gums healthy. I called my dentist to schedule an appointment, they're closed Saturday-Monday and I work till 4pm at the latest weekdays. I had to schedule 2 months in advance JUST FOR A CLEANING. I asked to be put on a cancelation list for an earlier appointment, I would receive calls for appointments at 11:30 or other times that I would still be at work, I had to just say I'd keep my original appointment that I couldn't make those.

The day of my appointment, when I got off work my fiancé fractured and broke his hand. I called at 3:00 saying I was running late for my appointment, that I was just now about the leave the ER, I had to go for my fiancé (he couldn't drive himself bc they gave him medicine, and his phone died while we were there) , they asked how late I would be I said 15-30 minutes and they said if was going to be more than 15 minutes I would need to reschedule. Despite the rain and wet roads, I arrived in the door at exactly 3:30 , and they said I would have to reschedule. I showed them a picture of his hand, and they said "I understand but we have to reschedule" .
Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Oh, and caters to big 44 y/o babies like me. Would highly recommend!
Dr Brown is a great dentist. His staff is always very attentive and professional.
My whole family has loved Dr. Brown and his entire staff for years, and I refer all my friends there! We have always been seen in a timely manner, and his office is beautiful and clean. The prices are very much in line with other professionals offering the same services, and Dr. Brown and his staff make sure you are comfortable during procedures and you understand everything happening and all options available to you. I used to have anxiety at the dentist, but not with Dr. Brown. He is for sure one of the best in his field from what I have seen- and I shopped dentists for quite a while before I found his office. -Patient for Life
