Our experience was AMAZING!! The entire staff is awesome; everyone is so friendly! This is the perfect dentist office for kiddos! Disney movies playing to distract them and a super fun idea to let the kids practice everything on Mr. Lion before their own teeth are cleaned! Our 2 year old had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the fun experience! Thank you Enchanted Forest Pediatric Dentistry!!!
Dr. Rojas and the staff at Enchanted Forest Dentistry do an excellent job of helping my kids feel comfortable at the dentist. They are very efficient and do not recommend unnecessary treatments. My 6-year-old and 3-year-old cheer when they find out they're going to the dentist. So grateful for Dr. Rojas and staff!
I absolutely LOVE Enchanted Forest! My daughter has been to two visits and they always make sure she not only feels at ease, but has a fantastic time! She loves getting her teeth cleaned and trying out the tools on the little lion they keep in the dentist chair. Dr. Rojas is not only very skilled and knowledgable in dentistry but she is EXCELLENT with children and you can tell she truly care about her little patients.
I don’t have words to express our exceptional experience. Gina was super awesome when I called to make the appointment. We were able to schedule a first timer new patient appointment for the next day. My daughters are 3&4, I made the appointment for my oldest(the brave one!) and took my 3 year old to watch since she’s more nervous. Lauren was our hygienist and she was excellent. We walked back to the exam area and they had three chairs set up and a little station for my daughters to sit. The station was complete with stuffed animals to show proper brushing and flossing. Dr. Rojas showed the REAL dental tools so the girls heard the noises and knew what to expect. She also handed them the tools and they used them on the stuffed animal teeth. There was a flip chart to show all the different germs and how to keep nice teeth. Once my 4year old was relaxed they had her hop up in the chair (they also have TVs in the ceiling). It was at that moment they told me that they had time to examine my youngest. Since, she was doing so well and was so intrigued with what was happening we went ahead and got her in as well. As a mom of two, it’s always nice to get everything done in one outing! Enchanted Forest Pediatric Dentistry truly is a 5 Star facility. Not only was it super clean but is built around kiddos! I will recommend everyone I know to use Dr.Rojas. She has an excellent team from reception to check out everyone was focused on the kids, I was also taken care of as well! What a great place to introduce your children to dentistry. Way to go!! Thanks a million.
So last Friday at 4 in the afternoon when my daughter got home, her spacer and cap came out at school and she misplaced the pieces. I called Enchanted Forest Pediatric Dentistry to see what to do before Monday. They said we are here a little late go ahead and bring her in. It took me an hour to get there because of traffic, so I walk in and they patiently made my daughter comfortable. Because on the way there, my daughter cried thinking she would have to go to sleep to put the spacer back in. She has always been terrified of the dentist! They got her spacer put back in and we left around 6:45 p.m. They definitely go above and beyond. My daughter will see her until she is to old... The Davis Family
