Unethical Billing - This location took more than 4 months to bill my insurance and despite repeat calls and messages, would not provide me with detailed bills. They have significantly overcharged me. They are also not meeting their own standard of care. For instance, they have left and right mixed up in my medical records and they charged me for physical therapy when I received only an evaluation and no exercises. Even when the physical therapy started, they never provided any take-home instructions and it was always unclear to me what I should be doing at home.

I have had two separate experiences unfortunately but both were great. First, my father had an episode with pneumonia and fluid build up. The nursing staff took him right in and had him hooked up to monitors within minutes. The doctor was amazing as well. Even the after-hours security guard was so nice and went o er and beyond to make sure we were ok and to gibe us the correct informatiom we needed about after hour access. The second experience was with my grandmother who was experiencing shortness of breath. Again, the nursing staff was amazing as well as the techs and staff. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I am considering using them to have my surgery for gallstones.

A relative of mine was staying at this hospital and I had no way of visiting them. The gift shop was kind enough to help me put together a beautiful arrangement with gifts and flowers over the phone, and I am very grateful for the excellent job they did, and the personal care they took to put into this beautiful and very meaningful gift. My family was heartbroken we couldn't visit our loved ones in the hospital but thanks to Ariane who made the large arrangement for us, we were present in spirit.

I had surgery this week and I was so impressed with not only the state of the art facility but the hospitality, service, attentiveness and sincere compassion the entire staff has. Strongly recommend anyone in need of medical services in this area to see these folks!

Great staff and doctors. The Dr in the ER cut some corners to get the approval from the general surgeon to remove my gallbladder. The nurses were amazing came in regularly to make sure I was ok and didn't need anything. This was the best experience I've ever had at a hospital.
